Disposition versions
65. Case management conference. In accordance with section 551.3 of the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46), an appointed judge may hold a case management conference in the presence of the defendant and the lawyers of record to define the issues genuinely in dispute and to establish appropriate means to simplify the proceedings and reduce the duration of the hearing.
